Network

I am working on a LAN with client for MS Networks. One computer can see all of the other workstations but the others can’t see this one. I ran into this problem not too long ago and winipcfg.exe solved it by releasing all and then typing in the ip address in the find other computers dialog box. Now, I get a DHCP server error message and I can’t get around this. Can anyone help me out and tell me what to do to fix this problem.
