Network access deny

I am using a Norton Ghost Bootable flobby to connect my domain. But when I login in it keep telling me that “Access denied”. And tell me to use “NET HELP 5” for more information. My domain controller is just upgraded to Windows 2003 server. Before that the flobby is working fine. Could this be the problem? Then what should I do to solve this problem?
