Network Adminsitrator or ISC?

by jmiller . Updated 25 years, 5 months ago

My job title is Information Systems Coordinator. I am the only person of 135 employees that is in the IS department. I am in-charge of anything and everything computer related in the plant. We have a NT & Unix server. I’m trying to convince myself that this is not the correct title. Or is it better than what I think it is? I’ve been working at this job for over a year now and I’m not sure wether I’m being paid properly. I’m not terribly new to the field I have been in it for over 3 years now. The only problem is I am young. I have the qualifications, I have the certificates, and I do my job very well. But I am only making 25k a year. To me this seems very wrong, My question is. How do I fix it? Can I fix it. What would someone do in my situation?
