Network Attack

Hi I seek for any solution for network attack. We are experiencing intermittent network breakdown that may be cause of virus. What’s the soultion or action should i take. I belief it’s from user end infected and spread across causing the network flooding. Done cleaning on few suspected PCs, it do help for reducing the network breakdown from several occurences to 1 or 2 per day now. Please, need advice.
