Network Bandwidth Calculation

Hi Everyone,

I am currently in the process of designing a new network segment which will be used for Oracle applications and servers.

Does anyone know what is the best way or better still a formula to calculate the Bandwidth for my application.

I know that this is one of the hardest things to do but if anyone knows defined steps on how to do this I would be very greatful.
