network boot floppy?

one skill that has always eluded me is the ability to enter a novell network environment and create a boot floppy to connect a workstation to it. i have never found good documentation on how to do so. what are the steps, drivers and files needed to do so? is there a difference between booting to a 3.12 vs. 4.11 vs. 5.0 server? are there any good learning aids which can help me with this skill? i’ve always been jealous of experienced cna’s and cne’s that can do this.
