Network Cable unplugged

hi,
On a stand-alone pc wanted to set up Domain Controller, but it shows the message “IP address not configured properly” and if i tries to install any software requiring IP address its unsuccessful, i have got “Realtek RTL8168/8111 PCI-E Ethernet NIC” which is onboard, All the cofiguration related to the card seems to be ok but still it gives the message “Network cable unplugged”

Any Solution ?
