Network cabling?

Just a quick question.

I have a network cable that is a link between
the main switch and a hub, they run through a tunnel where there is a eletrical transformer about 6 feet away. The wire is CAT 5 unshielded but it is in conduit. Will the EMF affect the data going through the
wire?

Is there anything that I can use to shield it?
