Network Connection

I am srtuggling with a HP Laptop that will not access anything except on the internal network. It can access the printer, server and other machines as needed.

Once I try to connect to my intranet that is external to the site but still in the network I get a failure. The Internet is unreachable.

I can ping to and from the system and I can connect through RDP.

The Laptop is in Mexico and I am in Colorado. so trying to get is back onsite is very difficult.

Does anyone know what else I can try to get this machine running?
