Network connection service hang at startup

I have domain controller on server HP ml530 os installed with Windows server 2003 SP 2. i have issue that network connection service is got hanged and not starting that is why i am unable to connect with my network. as it is domain controller and i am very curious to repair its network connection service.. moreover i have tried many tricks but no one got me sucess.. help me plzzzzzzz
