Network cut-sheet

I’m new to the construction of cut-sheets and was asked to find the measurement run of cables toward a 1000% growth possiblity for 3 buildings. Any recommendation as to how I can come up with precise calculations for each cable run. There will be 4 cable drops in each room if more info is needed I will provide along with visual diagrams.
