Network Design simulator help

Well, I have this program now that lets me use routers and switches from cisco. I want to be able to simulate a network that I have made that you can see via a screen shot. The problem is, I don?t know how to get everything to communicate. It could someone please take what I have ?the screen shot? and explain how to get it to communicate. What commands I may use via the terminal and be very specific with it. This would help me out a lot more than college at this point. Thanks
