Network Design Software

Hello, I’m currently enrolled in college and one of our assignments is to create a networking structure for a fictional company. I’m certain I can figure out how to arrange everything and what I need during setup. What I was wondering is, are there any programs out there that are specifically designed to create a quality design. Right now I’m sorta free-handing it with PowerPoint, It looks ok at the moment but i’m quite sure it could look alot better. Thanks in advance for any ideas or thoughts.
