Network Drives

On the network we have a computer (WinNT) that has the Network drives and those drives reproduce them self. That means if I have I:APPS then it reproduces it self and gets to G:APPS, H:APPS…And same happens with few more network drives. After I delete it and when I restart they come back, and it is only that one computer out of 30 computers running on the same network and running the same script. So my question is:

What might be the problem here?
How can I stop that ?
