network file sharing

before, the pc can do file sharing on the network. Now cannot, i don’t know what problem. when i tried to connect to the pc, they displayed information – “pc is not accessible. You might not have permission…..”. but if i remote control or vnc the pcm, i enable to do so…This matter happen even i did not do any changed of any settings…
