Network issue

I have a belkin router and cable modem. I have set up the belkin router for wireless connection, but for some reason I cannot connect to the internet. I have three laptops and two can connect fine. One says that I am connected to the wireless network but doesnt allow me to access google.com etc.
I am currently hardwired through the router
