Network Management

Hi all, well im pretty new to the networking management part so i wondering what would be the best method to deloy my machines. here is my scenerio

10 workstations pc

1 windows 2003 server

i want to be able to monitor all the network traffic from the workstations.

im going to setup windows 2003 server as a dns server so the workstations would have to go to the server to get the internet.

{workstations} – {server} – {router} – {internet}

to get more into detail lets say im using all the bandwidth from my internet i want to able to see what workstation is causing the problem from the server. any suggestions?
