Network Monitoring Programs

Many of my small business clients are interested in monitoring what their users are doing on the network, and also when they login to the PC’s. THey want a user friendly environment for them to supervise such info. Ive looked around on the net and have found some ideas ,but was wondering if anyone here had some suggestions they know of from experience.
