Network Neighbourhood is not showing all subnets in my domain.

HI,
All the computers in my organisation are registered under a domain. The domain has two subnets eg subet X and subnet Y. But I can’t see the computers of subnet X in network neighbourhood in computers of subnet Y and vice versa. Could anyone help me to find out the exact problem .
