Network not working after installing VPN-role

Hi all, I am running a small network based on a Windows 2003 server. I’ve had the Domain Controller, DHCP, DNS and file-server roles installed and used RDP to do the maintanance work to my server. Everything was working perfectly, I’ve had no problems with that. But after I wanted to give remote users the possibility to access the network using VPN, everything stopped working. LAN users wouldn’t get an IP-address from the DHCP-server and even when a computer was using a static IP it still wast able to access the PDC. I’ve tried to ping the server but I got no response. Can anyone help me out since removing RRAS isn’t working either?
