Network PC Not pinging

I am having 20 systems in a single domain network, attached to 2 differentswitches. All the systems are connected to the Server perfectly.

The problem is the systems attached to one swtich is are not pinging “from” the server. But they are able to use the resources of the domain. How it is happening I couldn’t understand.

Kindly help me in this matter.
