network planning and design tool

hello everyone,

Can anyone please recommend me the network planning and design tool. we are basically intend to design Quad play networks for which we need a software tool which can be use to design optical networks,SONET/SDH, DWDM and IP/MPLS as well as supports WIMAX, mobility.
