Network printer DNS problem

Hi everyone this is my first post and I have tried searching but I couldn’t find anything that was helping. I have a okidata c7350 network printer that has an ip of 10.1.2.201 and subnet of 255.255.255.0 and default gateway of 10.1.2.1 I cant ping it and no computer can print to it. The computers just say failed to print after it times out. When I print the network config page the DNS reads 0.0.0.0 for some reason it’s not registering with dns. Please help I’m pulling my hair out over this.
