NETWORK PRINTER INSTALLATION

hi.
I have 8 computer with windows7 home basic and one computer with windows xp SP3.i configured all ip address automatic.i connected dsl router(ip=192.168.15.1) to switch .internet and file sharing working good.i purchased new RICOH AFICIO EB-105EX network printer(IP=172.26.228.21).how to install and configure this printer in my LAN.
