I have a situation which is frustrating me to no end.
I have set up a network printer on a designated printer server. I’ve setup the port, driver, name and share name and checked the “list in directory” box. I’ve set up the IP correctly. and the name(and share name) are both the same, and of the same naming convention as all the other printers.
I have tried googling anything to do with “not appearing in active directory” and network printers and anything that links them together, but to no avail.
If there’s anything else that anyone can think of, I’d almost try anything (anything short of rebooting the printer server!)
