Network printer problem

I have a problem related to my network printers.
One is Samsung ML-2250 laser printer
The problem related to this printer is it pick up multiple pages some times and our company letter hade jam in side when printing.
And some times it automatically sends papers to print and the print result is garbage. I don?t understand this problem plz if any body can help me.
I am working in Windows XP WORKGROUP Environment.
