network printers stopped

I have a problem with printing to our network printers. No client can print to them. I can print to them from the server. they can be pinged from all the clients. I tried to delete and reinstall of one of the printers and now the server can not istall it. It says unable to locate resource. I gave it the ip address and tried the printer name with the same result. There is an error in the event log for server services, it says unable to recreate share logon c:\logon no longer exists???
