Network Printing

What is a logon scrip and how should i implement a logon script on all computers on the network to automatically add a default printer on all the computer for all the users. I will not know all the usernames but any one who loges into the network computers can print to that shared printer without having to add it to their profile? The printer must be assessed by the computer name and not by the username.
