Network Printing problems

NT 4.o with sp6 on server.
NT workstation 4.0 with sp 4.0

HP printer 8000ps prints big very slow(one page at a time(over 2000 page). But this HP printer 8000ps works fine when I moved to another floor. I tried the same subnet but it print same slow.

I swithed with HP 4000 and connected from the
same cable port number, it works fine.

Does anyone has the same problem and knows the solution.
