network printing problems using Vista

Hi guys, i just introduced two new laptops using Microsoft Vista on my XP network, but they will not print on the Hp Laser jet 1320 printer, have tried all ways and am stuck, anyone out there with the same problem, need urgent answer as the laptops belong to our Directors, my ass is on the line, i would appreciate your solutions. thanks
