Network Problems

I have an employee who is having problems with WordPerfect. I work in a law firm and yes we use WordPerfect 12. We also use Worldox to save our files on the server. When she creats a new document then saves it. The lawyer will overlook the document and have her make some changes. When she goes back to make changes to the orginal document it will automatically go back to what the orginal document was. She starts to make the change and before she gets a chance to save the document it changes back. This is a wierd one if anyone can help that would be great.
