Network Reconfiguration

I need the ability to physically disconnect computer labs independently from the internet without losing any other network resources. (ie. printers or user folders). My present configuration doesn’t allow this. I have 4 computer labs that connect to a single switch as well as the PDC and 2 BDCs and then that connects to the router. I have no access to the router programming. We are using DHCP. What I want to be able to do is have the ability to disconnect any lab from the internet without losing any other network resource. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
