Network setup

I have been ask to setup a small business server 2003 for a smal network about 10 users,(installation,configuraion and maintenance).
Can someboay tell me how to go about this.
i.e How much should charge for my services?
Thye are running workgroup no server.
what require for email they want to run thire own exchange server.
