Network Slow

my network was infacted by perlovga virus, (copy.exe host.exe & auto.ini)trend micro was not abel to catch the virus,i use avg free edation. its remove the virus, bur afte that network is slow. how can i solve this prob. any software tools? i hve around 18 pcs,
