Network Speed

Hi,
Is there a way to check network speed. This is my scenarion, I have 2 building connected by fibre. All out my servers are in my main building, in the smaller building i have a smaller cabinet and all of the PC’s in that building go to that cabinet 1st. Is there a way to test the speed from a pc in the small building, to the 1st router, then from that small cabinet to the 1 in the main building..
