Network Teaming

I am not so sure how i should or could setup my Server 2003 EE on my network and use both NICs to “balance” the load. I am not trying to use network load balancing for multiple servers as a measure of redundancy, but rather would like to use both NICs to increase throughput on the server (2 gigabit ports, essentially use one for inbound traffic and the other for outbound traffic), can anyone help with this?
