network upgrade

Im wanting to upgrade a network that has 20 workstations, running windows2000,ethernet network cat5 cableing,2 general WindowsNT servers(providing network,file sharing,printing,and internet access), and 1 dedicated exchange server for email.Its on a star network using an old 2001 Cisco router at the core What type equipment would you experts reccomend i look at?
