Networking Dialup?

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knows how to network two computers in a fairly close range so that the internet could be used on one (dialup) and the other at the same time using one phone line. The bandwith might be effected greatly, but I am wondering if it can be done, and if so, how, and what parts are needed?
