Networking in Windows 2000 Server and Win 98

I have two PCs. one having Win 2000 server and on other, i have installed Win 98 with networking. Both PC’s are directly connected by UTP cable. I have problem as below:

I am able to access win 98 PC thoru win 2000 PC
but i m not able to access win 2000 PC through win 98 PC.

I have shared the c drive of both PC.

How i can access win 2000 PC trough 98 PC
