Networking of two different private ip classes

please help

to connect two networks having two different ip address classes e.g.
172.22.17.1 to 172.22.17.90
and
192.168.100.1 to 192.168.100.100
with submask 255.255.255.0 for both the networks

please send a solution to connect these two network together.
