networking UNIX and Windows pc

Hi. We have a stand-alone UNIX box that we use for CAD. The LAN server is on NT4. Clients are mostly on Win2000 and Win98. Is there a way the UNIX box can join the windows LAN so that Windows users can access the drawings without physically be at the UNIX station?
Any help is appreciated.
