Networking with Hyper-V and SCVMM 2008

I have an hp proliant dl 380 g5. I want to used the quad nic to put the vm traffic on.
I would like to know if it is possible to assign a nic to each individual vm with in scvmm 2008?

It does look promising….

Why virtual server 2005 has more functionality then scvmm 2008 and hyper-v ?
