Networks

I have a good question and need information to confirm my idea.

I have an existing network. I want to seperate it into two networks. I want to do it with out spending a lot of money and use the existing equipment. I want to do it at it location. I have 100mb running back to the CIO’s office were it splits into T1’s.

Any ideas?
