New DNS Server

When adding additional DNS server to a domain are all forward lookup zones replicated to the new DNS server or just the primary domain DNS zone?

I have three addition lookup zones in my DNS but they did not replicate to the new DNS server I installed.

Do I need to manually add these zones to the new DNS server?
