new laptop on wireless network can’t find printer

I recently replaced my laptop with a new one. I have a wireless router (microsoft) to which is connected an HP printer and an HP desktop PC. Prior to getting the new PC, I could connect and print to the printer with no problem. Now, however, when I search for the printer, my laptop doesn’t find it. Any suggestions?
