New Machine Configuration (Win98)

I am adding 13 new machines to my school computer lab. They come with Win 98 SE installed, but I have to set up the network and install all the software used in the lab. Is there something that will allow me to do all of this with a batch file? (Ican’t ghost the systems because of the proprietary files, serial #’s, etc installed by the mfg.)
