New mail notification with multiple profiles in Outlook 2003

I am running Outlook 2003 with 4 different mail profiles, each of which has several email accounts active within it.
I need to know if any of the accounts in any of the 4 profiles has received some new mail, and the only way I can find of doing this is to start Outlook with each profile separately.
Surely there must be some little utility which can give me an overview of what new mail there is within each profile? (There are lots of such utilities for multiple POP3 / IMAP accounts, but I can’t find anything for mail that’s already been downloaded from a server into multiple Outlook profiles).
