New malware, spyware, root kits and all the new bad stuff

I am one of people who run/help a small group of people in a large company. The company has many external sites with people like me that support them.
I try to inform them about how to protect their computers at work and at home.
I used the old stand by’s like SpyBotsearch and destroy, window washer, CCleaner and a firewall zone alarm.
But now I need programs like malware bytes and spyware blaster.
What do you use to keep your computers clean of malware
