New Mysterious Folder

I have some Windows NT 4.0 Svc Pack 6a systems that now contain a folder called INCENERATE. The systems will not let me view the contents or remove them even though I am a Network Admin. Has anyone seen this before? If so, do you know what it is and how I remove it?
