I was given a rather small budget to get 2 servers up in a room that is 6×8 with a 10 foot ceiling.
We will have 1 router 2 switches and 2 servers in this room. The lights will be off unless someone enters it. I need to build a long term cooling solution that doesn?t involve installing a drain in the room or a locking power connection. The building will not allow for the drain and I have a 110 volt 20 amp breaker I can use for the ac unit. By my estimates the btu?s of the room are apox 22000
I have used portable units for this purpose but find that over the weekend they often leak. Has anyone used a portable solution that has a rather large reservoir to last a 3 day weekend when the building ac is off? Or a possible better solution that I have yet to explore?
